| Delivery Times We aim to post out all orders if they are in stock within 24 hours when received
by 2-00pm Monday to Thursday. As most parcels go 1st class they should arrive
the next day following posting, although this can not be guaranteed. Orders
received after 2-00pm will be processed the following day. All orders received
Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We will telephone or
email you if there is going to be any delay over the specified 24 hours or if
we are out of stock of your ordered parts. To help us please provide a daytime
contact phone number. (Please note that bikes will have been fully assembled
prior to dispatch but will need some re-assemble due to packaging restrictions,
instructions and information will be included).
Deliver Services
We post most of our goods with Parcel Force, all goods will posted
to the invoice address and will have to be signed for on receipt by the person
placing the order or a designated signatory.
Delivery Costs
To addresses in the mainland UK.
Bikes £15-00 each.
All other items will be noted on your order completion.
All order outside mainland Uk will be subject to phone or email conformation.
Warranty
All products sold by Portswood Cycles carry a full manufacturers warranty
this is usually 12 months, but may vary according to manufacturer. We aim to
deal with all warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as is possible, however
occasionally it may be necessary to return certain items to the manufacturer
for inspection or repair. If you do have any problems with your purchases please
call our staff on tel-02380322526 who may be able to help you over the telephone.
However should it be necessary to return defective or faulty goods please contact
us for a return authorisation advising us of the problem and original invoice
information. We are sorry that we can not refund your postage but will return
at our cost.
Returns Policy
Portswood Cycles want you to be happy with your purchase,if you receive
anything that is the wrong size or you simply do not like please contact us
and we will endeavour to resolve the situation.
All returned goods must be in the original packaging and un used so that it
can be resold together with an official returns authorisation. In the unlikely
event that you need to return an item due to our mistake we will gladly refund
your postage costs. Please note that we can not accept items back that have
been specially ordered in you or custom built for ( ie bikes or wheels ) unless
they are faulty.
